Mexico

El que nace para maceta, no sale del corredor

A potted plant won’t leave the hallway—Someone destined for a certain path in life will not deviate

– A Mexican Saying

I haven’t nearly spent as much time in Mexico as I would have liked to. My only experience was a week in Mexico City on a J-Term study abroad trip that was also a mission trip, so it was a very different experience and one I have struggled to write about to upload to this blog. Eventually I will get to it when it sounds just right. It was a life changing experience and it opened my eyes to the power of speaking another language, since I had been learning Spanish since I was 14 and finally had a reason to use it. Mexico holds a special place in my heart, from the warm and kind people to the amazing food. I hope someday you will be reading more about me traveling around Mexico.
